Powered by a 2.4-liter 22R inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case, the truck is equipped with the Black Package, a sliding rear window, power steering, manually locking front hubs, 15″ six-spoke steel wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an AM/FM radio.

The truck is equipped with power steering and manually locking front hubs, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
