Ford Model A Speedster Boattail White Green 1929
This 1929 Ford Model A has been refurbished and fitted with boattail speedster-style bodywork under previous ownership. It is powered by a 201ci inline-four engine paired with a three-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a Stromberg 94 carburetor, an Ansen intake manifold, mechanical drum brakes, red-painted 21″ wire-spoke wheels, a running board-mounted spotlight, and bucket seats trimmed in burgundy upholstery. A matching spare wheel is stowed under the rear lid along with the fuel tank and battery. The car features front and rear solid axles with transverse leaf springs, and stopping power is provided by mechanical drums. Additional equipment includes white storage pockets and seat accents, lap belts, a wood floor panel, and a passenger-side grab handle.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts a dash panel trimmed in alligator leather-style upholstery, featuring a white instrument panel housing a barrel-type speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and amperage. The 201ci inline-four engine is equipped with an Ansen intake manifold and a Stromberg 94 carburetor topped with a chrome air cleaner. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed manual transmission.
