Bricklin SV-1 White 1975
This Bricklin SV-1 was produced in May 1975. The car is powered by a 351ci Windsor V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The SV-1 features acrylic resin body panels bonded to a fiberglass substrate, which are mounted on a steel frame with an integrated rollover structure.
A claimed 2,100 examples were produced for the 1975 model year, and this one is finished in Safety White. Design cues include pop-up headlights, impact bumpers, black-finished lower bodywork, and dual exhaust outlets. The gullwing doors have been converted from hydraulic to pneumatic operation via a Big H Bricklin kit.
The five-digit odometer shows 32k miles. The Ford-supplied 351ci Windsor V8 was factory equipped with a two-barrel carburetor and was rated at 175 horsepower when new. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Ford FMX three-speed automatic transmission.
An owner’s manual carrying a Malcolm Bricklin signature is included along with additional manufacturer’s literature.
