Morris Minor 1000 Convertible 1967
This 1967 Morris Minor 1000 Deluxe convertible was sold new in California and was acquired out of Oregon by the seller in 1979. The car is said to have been refurbished in 1981 with a repaint in white and reupholstering of the interior in red vinyl and the convertible top in tan cloth. Powered by a 1,098cc inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Morris stopped officially importing the Minor to the United States after 1967.
Power is directed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, which was rebuilt in the 1970s.
The chassis number on the tag above is MAT5DL1168717; the Oregon title cites the VIN 67MAT5L1168717, which includes a “67” prefix and omits the letter “D”.
